Alpha8 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and alpha8 ("Company", "we", "us") regarding your use of the alpha8 online betting platform, accessible via the official website alpha8.bet and related applications.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the alpha8 platform — including Sports Betting, live matches, virtual sports, Live Casino, slots, and all other services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the alpha8.bet website and all associated applications and services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Player on the alpha8 platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of funds held in the Player's Account at any given time.

2. Account Registration

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the alpha8 platform. Holding more than one account, whether under the same or different identities, is a serious violation of these Terms. alpha8 reserves the right to:

• Suspending or closing all identified duplicate accounts.
• Forfeiting all balances, bonuses, and winnings held in those accounts.
• Reporting fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.

2.3 Registration Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date should any changes occur. alpha8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including copies of your ID, utility bills, or bank statements for verification purposes.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your alpha8 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other party. alpha8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

3. Deposit

4. Withdrawal

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements

Players may request a withdrawal from their account balance subject to the following conditions:

• The account has completed the KYC verification process successfully.
• No suspected fraudulent activity or manipulation detected on the account in question.
• All wagering requirements associated with any active bonus have been fully met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.

5. Bonus & Promotions

• Has an active account that has been fully verified.
• Making deposits using a valid Malaysian payment method.
• Having no history of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity on the alpha8 platform.

5.2 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

All bonuses received must be wagered in accordance with the applicable rollover requirements before any winnings derived from those bonuses may be withdrawn. alpha8's standard wagering requirements are as follows:

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets on the alpha8 platform — covering the Malaysian Super League, EPL, badminton, tennis, hockey, e-sports, and more — are subject to the following general rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except under circumstances specified by alpha8.
• Alpha8 reserves the right to void bets placed on matches that are subsequently postponed, cancelled, or not completed within 36 hours of the scheduled start time.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the final applicable odds, unless a technical error or clear fraud has occurred.
• Alpha8 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet from any Player at any time without the need to provide a reason.

6.2 Live Casino & Slots

For Live Casino and slots games, the rules of each game are as set by the respective game provider and displayed within the game interface. In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, alpha8's server records shall be final and binding.

6.3 Void Bets

Alpha8 will not process payment for any bet deemed void, including bets placed using inside information, match manipulation, system errors, or any form of fraud. All winnings obtained through illegitimate means will be forfeited.

7. Responsible Gaming

Alpha8 is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We believe that betting should remain a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal hardship.

• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a specified time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account permanently if you feel it is necessary to do so.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Account Closure by Player

You may close your alpha8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining balance in your account (after deducting any bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by alpha8

Alpha8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately and without prior notice if the Player:

• Violating any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity, manipulation, or bonus abuse.
• Using third-party software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Found to be under 18 years of age.

9. Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, alpha8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the alpha8 platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Technical errors, delays, or disruptions in the processing of bets or financial transactions.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's own negligence.
• Betting losses arising from the Player's own gameplay decisions.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Alpha8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the alpha8 platform.

We will endeavour to notify registered Players of any significant amendments via email or in-platform notifications. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable version.

Your continued use of the alpha8 platform following the enforcement of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you should cease using the platform and contact us to close your account.
